Manufacturing Consultants
Functioning as project manager for the implementation, the manufacturing consultant is the key contact with the customer during the implementation process. The consultant analyzes the customer's business needs and leads the implementation to address those needs, guiding the customer through all phases of the implementation. The consultant is also responsible for following up with the customer after the implementation is complete to ensure that the customer's business objectives are being met.

Experienced Progress developers are desired. Programmers and analysts experienced with any modern 4GL, and design and development of windows-based applications will be considered. Knowledge of manufacturing applications is a definite plus.

Trainers
Encompix trainers provide customer training in several forums: at the customer site, at Encompix's offices, and over the web. Training offerings range from detailed lectures to customer management personnel to hands-on, process-oriented training to end-users. 

We are actively seeking a trainer to provide training to customer base, manage training schedules, maintain curriculum, and assist with the continued evolution of alternate training delivery methods. Accounting experience, both financial and cost accounting, and knowledge of general business principles are required. Position requires travel, up to 60%. Support Analysts provide front line support for all customer technical and end-user issues. The support analyst is part psychologist, part accountant, part manufacturing guru. Support analysts trouble-shoot technical issues, provide advice, and resolve complex problems through a variety of formats.
