| Do I have to license the entire system at once? |
You have to license the core system that covers estimating, job entry, purchasing, BOM, inventory, production and accounting. This is because the system is fully integrated and cannot be separated. Systems that allow you to purchase individuals modules are not truly integrated. Encompix does have many optional modules that you may license depending on your requirements.  |

| What about training new employees on the system? |
| Our initial training is conducted on our customer's site. We also offer training classes over the Internet. This provides one-on-one training with an employee while sitting at their desk. This enables the employee to work at their own pace but with expert tuition. We also offer on-line tutorials based on our award-winning on-line Help. This approach is ideal for the new employee and it eliminates the cost associated with bringing an instructor on-site. |

| How long is a typical implementation? |
| There is no such thing as a "typical" implementation. Every company is different and the length of the implementation depends on many factors such as: size of the company, data conversion, customization, resource availability etc. Some companies like to take an aggressive approach others, more conservative. At the end of the day Encompix will support you whichever approach you wish to take. Recent experience tells us our customers take 3-6 months to get fully implemented. |

| How do you install the software and how long does is take? |
| We will send you the software on a CD-ROM. The software is basically self-installing but we have technical people standing by to help with any problems. The installation on the server takes approximately 30 minutes and the client PC, about 10 minutes. |

| Does Encompix have Data Collection? |
| This is an optional module. Encompix provides an interface to bar code data collection equipment to enable you to update inventory and shop floor transactions by scanning a bar code. Encompix can optionally print bar codes on all relevant documents. |

| For Payroll and Human Resources, Encompix offers the Abra Suite from Best Software. Abra is the leading Payroll and HR product for midsize companies. Abra payroll is fully integrated into the Encompix software. |
